Full Body Fat Blast Workout – 4 Movements with Dumbbells – Shoulder Press/Jump Squat/Reverse Fly/Pushup – This workout will work nearly every muscle in your body. Do as many rounds as you can for 30 seconds, then rest for 1 min. Do a total of 3-5 sets.
